Here I go again.
I’ve decided to take another step in designing the next iteration of www.sliptide.com. I’ve increasingly pushed the website to focus on my music and art, and the next step is going to be a big one. I’ve begun the pen-and-paper (yea, I’m a little old school like that) sketches to translate the ideas in my head into real world application. Once I get some time outside of wedding planning and music composition I will be able to assemble the framework in Photoshop.
I’ve become romantically involved with Tumblr, thus as I continue to separate my journal posts from sliptide.com I have decided I will be moving the journal over to Tumblr. Wordpress will remain the site management engine that I use for static page management and newsletter announcements, along with special sliptide.com only content.
Also, being a sucker for the fluidity of SoundCloud, I will be employing the use of their sharing widgets on the new site design to showcase my latest works, collections that are in progress, and other material noteworthy to share on the main site.
Good times.. Now, if I could only find the time to really get crackin’ on this!
