Yesterday was a pretty slow day overall. I wasn’t finding a groove until I took a break for awhile then came back to the music around 9 PM. Flipping through some materials I have going that may end up on the next album, I got back into the slower trip hop stylings that I was playing with.
This one takes the 90bpm layered drums with some glitchy feel to it. The first few sequences are decent and the ideas are certainly there along with some quick fly-by lyrics in my head
There is a totally kick ass piano breakdown/buildup that will rock the song later on. I didn’t include that in the clip. I can’t give away the goods all of the time, right? ;)
